Estate Planning and Retirement Workshop
Implications of Assisted Living, Long Term Care,
Medicare and Medicaid

Molly Porter, of McGraw Porter Law Offices, LLC and Lance Paddock, a Certified Wealth Specialist with Peters Financial Group*, would like to announce their workshop covering Long-term Care concerns within the existing health care framework of Medicare Parts A and B, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medigap Supplement Insurance and Part D Prescription Drug Services, along with information on choosing Long-Term Care Insurance Policies. The workshop is informative only, no products or policies will be offered to the participants for consideration. It will be held at Town Hall on Monday, October 1, 2007. Lunch will be provided by A Catered Affair beginning at 11:30 with the one-hour presentation commencing at noon. This workshop is free. Seating is limited, please RSVP to 784-8595.

Peters Financial Group has been assisting clients meet and exceed their retirement and estate planning goals over twenty-five years. Ms. Porter is well-versed in Medicare rules, regulations and its ever-changing services. In 1995-97, she specialized in Medicare compliance providing consulting services to owners and managers of home health agencies here and in Dallas. Her firm later specialized in pairing home health agencies with prospective purchasers, preparing due diligence team reports for the latter. Recognizing her reputation in this area, in 2004 the U.S. Justice Department (Dallas) requested her services as an expert witness in their prosecution of defendants charged with Medicare fraud.
